(00) ● What about the Free Shipping code promotion? (If Available)

The free shipping promotion applies to all our products, with standard shipping price, for one use per customer, to orders over $40 before taxes and VAT, from USA, EU, and Canada.

(01) ● What's the time to ship and delivery the products?

All the items in the shop are 3D printed on demand.
Usually (About 90% of the times) the items are shipped in 8-10 business days, but please, take in account that in rare cases, metallic items can take up to 3-4 weeks.

NOTE: Due to disruptions caused by COVID-19 our manufacturer are facing a temporarily delay at production, mainly on metallic items.

We ship worldwide, so the time of delivery varies by country. Usually with Standard Shipping, it takes 1-4 days to USA, 1-3 days to EU, and 2-8 days to other countries.

We also have "Express Shipping" as a option for some countries, you can choose it at the checkout.
A tracking number is sent to the customer, as soon the item is shipped.

(02) ● Do you offer rush production?

Due the complexity of 3D printing metallic items, we can only offer rush production to plastic products. (under consult)

(03) ● I don’t have a PayPal account, may I pay with my Credit Card?

Yes, you can pay with a Major Credit Cards through PayPal, you don’t need to have a PayPal account!

 (04) ● What about the quality of your products?

All the items in the shop are exclusively designed by me, meticulously engeniered, and with a special attention to detail.

All of them are produced and shipped directly by my manufacturer, a company called Shapeways, the bigger and most reliable 3D printing company in the market.
Them produce all the items with professional and very expensive 3D printers, no home printers are used.

 (05) ● What's the real look and feel of the materials your products are 3D printed?

Some images in the shop are 3D renders as reference. Take a look at the links below, to see photos of few items 3D printed in different materials.

● Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, we unfortunately can't accept custom orders, however, if you have a suggestion about a new Ring Box model, let us know, there's always the possibility that we add it to our collection in the future.

If you need a Ring Holder to a very big ring (thicker than 8mm), we have a special model we can sell you, under consult.

 (07) ● Why you delivery your Ring Boxes disassembled?

My items are all produced and shipped directly by my manufacturer, so the parts are all sent dismounted, as them are 3D printed.

 (08) ● Do you offer Ship as a Gift or Gift Message?

As we have all of our products shipped by our manufacturer, unfortunately we are not able to offer these services.

 (09) ● I chose my currency in the dropdown, why are the prices shown in USD at the checkout page?

Major e-commerce pages has the main currency as USD, so if you select your currency at the converter dropdown, the prices are displayed in that currency everywhere on your website, except on the checkout page, there the prices are displayed in the shop’s main currency. You will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

 (10) ● Why you don't accept exchanges or cancelations?

My products are 3D printed, and all of them are made-to-order. Once an item goes into production, we can no longer change or cancel it.

However, we have a small time frame (about 24 hours only), between you place the order and the start of production, so if you have any problems with your order, please, let me know asap.

 (11) ● When I can return an item and ask for a refund?

Feel free to contact us if you have any problem with your purchase, our main goal is keep our customers 100% happy, and be sure we will do our best to achieve this! 

So we will happily try to solve any case, except when the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

In a exceptional cases, when it's clear the item was received by the customer, damaged, with wrong parts, with a fabrication defect, or with a noticeable bad finish, we will handle a partial or total refund, if applicable.
In these cases, the shipping costs are non-refundable.
